  • Yes - we require a $250 deposit to secure your booking. This will be invoiced to you via Stripe and then deducted from your final bill on the day.

  • Upon arrival, our staff will request a card to hold behind the bar, and payment will be taken at the end of your function.

  • The safety and well-being of all our guests is our highest priority.

    We must inform our customers that all food items are prepared in a single kitchen where major allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and eggs, are present.

    Whilst every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, due to our food preparation processes and kitchen layout, we cannot guarantee a zero-cross-contamination environment.

    Therefore, as part of our duty of care to prevent a life-threatening reaction, we are unable to safely cater to guests with severe, anaphylactic allergies.

    We strongly advise any guest with a medically diagnosed, severe food allergy (anaphylaxis) to consider this risk when choosing to dine with us. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Please let us know of any no-shows within your party at least 24 hours in advance.

    Any no-shows that we haven’t been informed of may result in a charge for the pre-ordered meal.

  • We require the final menu selection and any revisions for all function catering to be confirmed 14 days (two weeks) before your event. This deadline is essential to guarantee a seamless service and ensure all ingredients are fresh and ordered specifically for your function. Unfortunately, we are unable to process menu changes after this two-week window.

  • Yes! Please let our Functions & Events Coordinator know if you plan to BYO DJ.

  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and to maintain our compliance with venue operating standards, specific functions require dedicated security personnel. We mandate that security arrangements, which we will coordinate on your behalf, be put in place for the following events:

    • Functions with 100 guests or more.

    • All 18th and 21st birthday parties, regardless of guest count.

    Please note that the cost for this essential security service will be added to the final function invoice. We will provide a detailed quote for this expense at the time of booking confirmation.

  • Under 18’s must leave the venue by 10pm in accordance with our liquor license requirements.

  • Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own decorations!

    We can co-ordinate with you for the early drop-off and set-up of decorations, just let us know!
